The Food Truck Union is a collab co-op of the owners of Southern Colorado’s food trucks/trailers operating in the city limits of Pueblo, CO. If you want to support local small businesses and invite them to your workplace parking lot, private event, etc please reach out to the trucks you are interested in with the details using the contact information found here. If you have an event of 100 or more, use our ‘want more trucks at your event’ contact form for a proposal.

Sam Hernandez did not complete the 2022 season in good standing. He was asked not to return to the FTU because of an outstanding balance of $800 in unpaid dues. Because of his unpaid dues the FTU ended the 2022 season in debt to event services providers and the founders worked all of the winter to pay off those debts in order to make the 2023 season possible. Yet Sam continues to publicly slander, harass, and defame the founders and his fellow trucks and small business owners. We do not recommend working with him or any of his associated companies or food trucks. We encourage all Pueblo residents to reconsider voting for him for any city position of authority. He does not hold himself accountable, how can he hold others accountable. If you want to investigate him or his claims and get the truth email TheFoodTruckUnion@gmail.com and we are happy to provide receipts for your investigation.
